- Support all phases of the architectural design process with various delivery methods.
- Apply academic knowledge and training in the use of various building materials and systems.
- Work under the direction of a project architect; receive specific and detailed instruction as to required tasks and desired results.
- Perform elementary architectural assignments, compile data, and conduct simple design studies.
- Draft own and others' designs into completed working drawings.
- Continually collaborate with on-site and remote staff including daily team check-ins and regular department and project-related meetings.
- Operate in an inter-disciplinary environment and be responsive to the needs of multiple people and projects.
- Salary Range: 5 to 7 Lacs/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications directly related to the position. [This role is eligible for overtime or premium pay, employee-recognition programs, and additional annual incentive / discretionary bonuses, of which are based on company and individual performance and goals.]

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture with at least 2 years of experience in architecture design.
- Desire to display and develop skills and initiative through problem-solving, strategic thinking, and discovering solutions.
- Ability to communicate digitally, verbally, and in writing with local and international team members- fluency in English is required.
- Experience in completing architectural projects with Autodesk Revit.
- Good computer interface skills (PC) including Microsoft Office.
- Should be flexible to work in the evening hours to maintain the communication with the USA teams.
- Rendering skills is a plus.
- Exposure to local or international building codes is a plus.
- Knowledge of LEED and Sustainable Design practices is a plus.
