- Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates for all IT support needs, providing prompt and Senior Professional assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices, ensuring minimal disruption to executive workflows.
- Provide expert support for Audio/Video and Vidcom equipment in executive offices and meeting spaces, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Respond rapidly to immediate and after-hours support requests, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to service excellence.
- Collaborate with other Technology Operations teammates to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues to inform process improvements.
- Deliver clear, empathetic communication to executives and admins, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the executive technology experience, recommending improvements and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience orMaster'sdegree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree
- Proven proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
- Strong working knowledge of Audio/Video and Vidcom equipment support.
- Exceptional soft skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in IT Service Desk / IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Familiarity with supporting macOS / MacBook environments.
- Experience supporting mobile platforms such as iOS (iPhone) and/or Android devices.
- Ability to remain calm and Senior Professional under pressure, especially during urgent or high-impact incidents.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or high-profile users in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Apple, AV/Video) are a plus.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from ouroffice.
