Job Description:Objective / PurposeAs Project Manager, the person shall be in-charge of entire project till completion and obtaining TOC. He / She will be responsible for site mobilisation, preparation of ACE and project schedule.Monthly monitoring of job cost vis-à-vis budget and Day to day monitoring physical progress at site with respect to L2 apart from regular invoicing and collections will be the major KPIs.He / She will be responsible for resource mobilisation, customer approvals, coordination with internal and external stakeholder and any other factor which influence timely completion, profitability and working capital. Supply savings are excluded from PM’s portfolio whereas it is desirable to have a mindset to control quantities at site. Keeping the quality and safety guardrails as per the standard of the organization will be a mandatory requirement.Key Responsibilities:

Resource mobilization as per requirement at site
Day to day physical progress monitoring through digital mode.
Cost monitoring and control
Building Project teams to ensure on time delivery to customers.
Ensure feeding of materials to site as per targets committed to the client.
Achieve collection targets as set from time to time
Ensure EHS & QMS as per the standards of the organization.
Obtaining TOC and doing final reconciliation of site as well as with client.
Wastage monitoring of material.

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of Project Management
Knowledge of International standard codes
Exposure to commercial aspect of project
Knowledge of Statutory Compliance related to site like labour law, PF, Taxation, Insurance etc

Operating Network:Internally: Contract Heads, Operation Heads, Factory Heads, SCM Heads, Quality & Safety Heads, Central SCM, Design & Detailing Head and SubordinatesExternally: Client, Consultants , Suppliers, SubcontractorsKey Value Drivers
