This role requires a skilled professional to manage all aspects of fitout projects from initial client consultations through to final handover.What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Project planning and strategy development
  • Budget management and cost control
  • Coordination with architects, designers, and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Quality control and timeline management
  • Client relationship management and communication
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Team leadership and subcontractor supervision
  • Procurement and vendor management
  • Project documentation and reporting
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
  • B.E/B.Tech Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical /Architecture
  • 10-15 Years
Required Skills and Experience:
  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and extensive experience in construction project management. Knowledge of industry standards, sustainable building practices, and health and safety regulations is essential.
  • This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality fitout projects that meet client expectations and business objectives.
