  • Collect, validate, and analyse environmental data to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for air emissions, waste management, and toxic release inventory reporting
  • Prepare and submit required reports, permit applications to regulatory agencies and coordinate with customer business units for required renewals and modifications to permit applications.
  • Research and stay informed about applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to environmental emissions and waste management in upstream oil and gas, and interpreting their implications.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, such as filings for product approvals, renewals, and required reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, provide regulatory guidance, and foster a culture of compliance.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying scales and complexity.
  • Consolidate reporting records as per daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual requirements
Work ExperienceQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental/chemical/petroleum/mechanical engineering
  • Experience with environmental reporting, compliance, or permitting in the oil and gas industry, refinery, or manufacturing facility
  • 2-5 years of experience in Regulatory reporting and Environmental compliance
  • General understanding of state and federal regulations for Oil & Gas related environmental regulatory reporting requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office suit and interpret complex regulations and data
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
