Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated and target-oriented Good knowledge of the industry and market trends Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field Roles And Responsibilities Identify potential clients and establish strong business relationships Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities Prepare and present persuasive business proposals to clients Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
