Analyze and improve fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly processes for higher efficiency.Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to minimize waste and improve output.Reduce production bottlenecks and ensure smooth material flow in the factory. Enforce strict quality control measures in raw material selection, fabrication, and final assembly.Ensure compliance with industry standards (IS, ASTM, AWS, AISC) and ISO certifications.Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to maintain product quality.
