We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.Position Title: Manager – Manufacturing /Industrial EngineeringWork Location: AhmednagarEducational Qualification & Exp: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Production Engg / Mechanical Engg) with 5 - 10 yrs of experience.Key Deliverables: * Identify and implement the cost saving projects, plan, execute and implement.
  • New product validation & launching as per schedule with design team.
  • Deploy operationally safe and robust processes including process automation projects to deliver consistent and efficient results
  • Provide efficient and timely support to resolve technical issues reported to maintain production line.
  • Prepare, maintain as required the engineering documents, BOM, work instructions, SOPs, PFMEA that enables identification of various improvement projects
  • Capacity planning - Tools, identifying scope for RTY/FTY improvements and improve yields.
Functional Competencies: * Technically sound on process like welding, line layouts, analytical skills
  • SAP - Engineering BOM, Masters and routings
  • Knowhow of statistical tools and its application
  • Project planning, tracking and execution
  • Hands on experience of PFMEA, Six Sigma
  • Competencies of manufacturing proces
