ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in cold outbound B2B SaaS Sales. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs should have strong meeting setting skills on the phone, excelling at researching companies to find potential leads, starting new conversation with cold prospects, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE Identifying potential qualified customers based on our ICP + BP and generating new business opportunities for the company Contacting and qualifying potential customers through cold calling primarily Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare a list of senior HR leaders (Head HR/CHRO/VP HR/Dir HR etc) from a list of given Named Accounts. Research on the prospects for personalization/conversations. Cold calling at scale to reach out to these prospects and introduce our services in a compelling manner and fix product demos with Sales team. Handle objections and navigate conversations to demo meetings Aggressive on follow-ups. Leveraging social platforms for multi-channel outbound out-reach. Track daily activity and progress in CRM. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS At least a bachelor's degree or Diploma. Proven work experience (2 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep, or similar role. Cold calling role is non-negotiable. Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach. Qualifying leads and prospects. Track record of achieving the given quotas. Experience in working with a CRM. Fair understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
