You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and operational use of Alstom's Data Catalog, acting as a bridge between business and data users. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Data Owners, Data Stewards, and other stakeholders), support functional testing and validation activities, and create impactful training and onboarding materials, among other responsibilities.You'll specifically take care of structuring user needs and ensuring alignment with Alstom Data Governance principles and standards, but also contribute to change management and communication activities to drive adoption.We'll look to you for:Collecting and formalizing user needsDefining and structuring functional requirements and user storiesSupporting functional testing and validation activitiesPreparing and animating workshops with business users, Data Owners, and Data StewardsContributing to training materials, user guides, and onboarding documentation for the Data CatalogEnsuring high-quality documentation and structuration (metadata standards, glossary usage, catalog guidelines)Supporting the adoption of the Data Catalog through change management and communication activitiesEnsuring alignment between Data Catalog usage and Data Governance rules, roles, and processesContributing to Data Governance community activities when requiredAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
