This role requires a blend of consultative selling, solution awareness, and the ability to articulate business value to CXOs, IT Heads, and Compliance Officers.Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development- Identify and engage prospective clients across BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, and SMBs.- Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, channel partnerships, and referrals.- Consultative Solution Selling- Understand client pain points in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.- Present Elytra's offerings in terms of business outcomes, compliance benefits, and cost efficiency.- Conduct product demos and workshops with support from technical teams.- Account Management- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure.- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.- Collaboration- Work closely with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.- Provide market feedback to shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.- Targets & Reporting- Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas.- o Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM.Required Skills & Experience- 3-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS.- Strong network among CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, IT Heads in India is highly desirable.- Ability to translate technical security solutions into business and compliance value propositions.- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, CSCRF, CERT-In, DPDP Act, SOC 2 is a strong plus.Desired Attributes- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and own outcomes.- Consultative approach - ability to educate clients rather than just sell.- Resilience and persistence in a competitive sales environment.- Passion for cybersecurity and staying updated on industry trends.What We Offer- Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure.- Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing cybersecurity company shaping India's compliance and security landscape.- Work with visionary leadership, cutting-edge security products, and marquee clients.- Learning & growth opportunities in sales, compliance, and emerging security technologies.Application ProcessInterested candidates may send their CV with a brief cover letter to careers@elytrasecurity.com with the subject line: Application - Sales Executive (Cybersecurity).
