You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery of electrical engineering deliverables, contributing to the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering Managers, Train System Engineers, Experts, and RAMS specialists), provide operational management of the Schematics & Apparatus (S&A) and Electrical Harness Integration (EHI) teams, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of architecture definition, technology choices, and harness integration, but also lead design reviews and manage team deliverables.We’ll look to you for:Conducting carry-over analysis for electrical products to identify reusable componentsContributing to workload and non-recurring cost (NRC) estimationsDefining electrical architecture, including equipment content, positioning, pathways, and break zonesCollaborating on the definition of scope of supply between train and subsystemsInterfacing between project teams and the Center of Excellence (CoE) for electrical engineeringManaging internal and external activities, including workload, planning, and risk assessmentsEnsuring baselining and deliverables reviews for your scopeSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical engineering domainAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
