Operations Executive

• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Book all orders, replacement, and reverse.
• Check all the portals daily (VTR, Account Health, Performance etc.)
• Prepare the indent and book the shipments on all E commerce Platform on a weekly basis.
• Prepare Commission sheet every Month.
• Take daily photos of RTO , file claims daily. Claims should be filed daily without fail in any condition.
• Maintain records of returns and replacement sent to factory and follow up on regular basis.
• Check all the logistic bills and COD payment due.
• COD order tracking & sheet update COD sheet.

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
• You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
