Introduce and promote company products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information as needed.
Maintain and update customer database and records accurately.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Report on call outcomes and customer feedback to management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
