Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Title: Team Lead, Accounts PayableBrief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:This role is crucial for managing the accounts payable function for the Europe regionThe ideal candidate will be a strong leader, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing a team, and driving process improvementsResponsibilities:Operations:Ensuring accurate and timely service delivery to the business and managing escalated supplier/customer inquiriesReviewing vendor accounts and payment proposals, as well as ensuring compliance with tax policies (TDS, GST, etc.)Creating and reviewing MIS reports, tracking performance using tools like dashboards and KPIs, and resolving audit queries promptlyReviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and actively leading standardization and improvement projectsCollaborating with Business Partners and IT to implement solutions and assess the impact of new projects on current processesCreating wireframes for the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Dashboard projectPeople Management:Conducting performance reviews, providing ongoing feedback, and leading talent reviews and competency assessmentsImplementing training programs, fostering a coaching culture, and actively participating in team-building activitiesOnboarding new employees and developing backup plans to ensure continuityRequired Qualifications:Inter CA/ Masters of Commerce/ MBA FinanceMinimum 8-10 Years of Experience in Finance functionMinimum 2 year experience in Accounts Payable operations and experience with people managementExperience in project management and process improvementPreferred Qualifications:Communication Skills : Written, verbal and Business presentations skillsLeadership Skills : Strong leadership skills to lead projects and teamsStrategy / Vision: Ability to deliver results and align objectives between short and long term ; Ability to build relationship with key Stakeholders, Power Users, Subject Matter Experts, Business Leads and Leaders ; Leadership skillsPeople oriented : Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilitiesDecision making : Skills in project management and change managementStrong Compliance Mindset: Competence in financial governance, compliance, and continuous improvementOur Commitment to Inclusion
