- 5-9 years of experience in marketing analytics in BFSI (preferably in Credit cards)
- Tools & Coding Skills – Well-versed in analytical tools - Python, SQL, Databricks Power BI - Must Have, SAS - Good to have
- Business Requirement –
- Experience in leveraging analytics to drive insights for optimizing/developing marketing model/strategies – propensity to respond, Clustering, look-alike models, affinity/likelihood models – cross-sell, Up-sell.
- Hands on in managing the Credit card portfolio including spends, share and size of wallet, attrition, activation, Credit limit increase (CLI).
- Knowledge of customer profitability , pricing models and segmentation techniques
- End-to-end understanding of flow of data/information on the marketing analytics for retail banking .Ability/(have worked on) to understand the key KPIs/metrices of marketing analytics across lending lifecycle. Experience in data driven solutions.
- Data extraction and manipulation skills and understanding of data issues to prepare and validate analysis.
- Working knowledge of statistics –descriptive , predictive, and prescriptive.
- Communication skills – Should be able to explain technical concepts, implications to varied audiences and translating business objectives into analyses with project management experience
