context Smooth processing of the international BI orders, Easy Magic & Portfolio Identification; Facilitation of the cooperation with BI providers and the process of invoices validation; Internal customer support in terms of product content and TATs.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Auto Easy Match and share results via ST tool, Easy Manual, Auto Iconisation & Manual Identification Upon receiving the file from PI team.
- Automatic matching performed with the requester provided company details with Name, address & Legal ID.
- Preparation and delivery of international credit reports
- Cooperation with international suppliers
- Cooperation with international Coface offices
- Data entry or import of files into Coface systems
- Control of the ordering process and data quality, including clarifying possible discrepancies and
- irregularities with foreign suppliers, complaints about reports that deviate from the standard
- After-sales service for internal customers
- Preparation of reports and statistics
Identify and implement process changes that generate workflow efficiencies and productivity gains
Ensure that all required information is captured in group tools in an accurate and timely mannerRisk and compliance:
Adhere to compliance standards set by Coface and external regulators
Adhere to and comply with IT security policies at all timesCareer perspective

- Degree educated in Economics/Business/Finance with 0 to 1 year experience
- Database knowledge
- Project management

- Demonstrate ability to complete task accurately and on time with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrates teamwork both with function and across functions to achieve the overall company goals
- Provide input to ensure ongoing improvements and developments of existing workflows for providing a high level of customer service.
- Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) with demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate and work with all levels.
- Strong/Solid Computer Skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Able to understand the problem and effectively communicate the solution to the customers
- Leadership and Team management qualities, Positive attitude and self-confidence.Additional Information
