Service Delivery ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesAzure Gen AI Service Ownership: Own the end-to-end delivery of Azure AI/ML-driven workflows, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.Performance & SLA Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), driving continuous improvement in service quality.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.Operational Excellence & Optimization: Implement best practices for Azure infrastructure (IAAS, PAAS, Serverless) and cost optimization, ensuring AI workloads are cost-effective.Incident & Problem Management: Lead Major Incident Management (P1/P0) for cloud services, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans.Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, Data Scientists, and Support Engineers, providing guidance and fostering a productive work environment.Governance & Compliance: Ensure all Azure Gen AI solutions align with security, compliance, and privacy regulations.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to identify new opportunities for AI adoption, building roadmaps and blueprints for future initiatives.Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security) and Gen AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Semantic Kernel).Experience: 7+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Cloud Operations (AWS/Azure), or Client Success roles.AI/ML Familiarity: Experience in managing AI/ML model deployment, monitoring, and operationalization (MLOps).Process Methodologies: Strong proficiency in ITIL service management (Incident, Problem, Change) and Agile/DevOps methodologies.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge technical teams with business stakeholders.Certifications: Preferred certifications include Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, ITIL, or PMP/Scrum Master.
