- Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRMS systems.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for both office and factory roles.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and training of new hires.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback mechanisms.
- Draft and update HR policies, manuals, SOPs, and job descriptions.
- Ensure fair workplace practices and adherence to compliance protocols.
- Handle HRMS/biometric systems, data analytics, and dashboard creation.
- Generate HR reports, workforce analytics, and performance trends.
- Act as the primary liaison between staff and management.
- Manage grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action fairly and promptly.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Plan learning and development programs to support career growth and internal mobility.
