- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities among dental clinics, labs, and dental institutions
- Conduct in-clinic and virtual product demonstrations and trials
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and installation coordination
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with business objectives
- Maintain a strong demo-to-conversion ratio through follow-ups and objection handling
- Coordinate with distributors, service teams, and application specialists for smooth customer onboarding
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer feedback, and emerging trends
- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, roadshows, and marketing activities
- Support post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals
- Units sold per month / quarter
- Number of demos conducted
- Demo-to-order conversion rate
- Territory coverage and new account acquisition
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Dentistry, CDT, Engineering, or Business. Preference will be given to dentists and dental technicians looking to build a career in sales.
- 5+ years of sales experience in dental equipment, medical devices, or capital equipment
- Prior experience with digital dentistry, scanners, CAD/CAM, or implants is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple, practical manner
- High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented
- Basic understanding of digital workflows in dentistry
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales reports
