
GDP Engineer - Engineering Solutions Program

- Lead and support OEM programs from design to launch (RFQ → SOP → EOP).
- Prepare and track project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) for flawless execution.
- Manage program budgets, premium freight, and BOM costing to ensure profitability.
- Act as a single point of contact for OEM customers-handle meetings, updates, and escalations.
- Drive APQP activities and ensure timely PPAP submissions for production readiness.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage engineering change requests (ECRs) and ensure smooth implementation.
- Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 and customer-specific standards.
- Prepare and present program status reports to leadership.
- Fresher or up to 1 year (internship/project experience preferred).
- B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / Production Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong project management and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949 processes.
- Understanding of BOM, cost tracking, and ECR handling.
- Exposure to CAD tools and product development cycles.
- Awareness of automotive manufacturing processes.
