As a developer, you possess advanced knowledge across Salesforce's technical landscape, including its programmatic development, declarative design, and web service integrations. You are driven by a passion for solutioning, problem scoping, and execution of hands-on technical implementations.Responsibilities

Develop and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce.com platform to support business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Build scalable and high-quality solutions that leverage Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities.
Participate in technical design discussions and document solutions that meet business objectives, following Salesforce best practices.
Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, .NET applications, SQL Server data warehouse).
Work with project managers and team members to provide effort estimates and deliver work within timelines.
Contribute to the end-to-end development lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, including:

Writing Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
Developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for user-friendly interfaces
Creating and executing unit tests to ensure solution quality
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing hands-on support during development and deployment.
Apply best practices in Apex programming, including bulkification, trigger frameworks, asynchronous operations, and integration patterns.

Required Experience and Skills

BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce.com solutions
Front-end skills (LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to deliver responsive and intuitive user experiences on the Salesforce platform.

Desired Experience and Skills

Experience in implementing CRM solutions for Semiconductor industry
Good understanding of Channel Management functions such as Ship and Debit
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working with SQL queries/procedures is preferred.
Experience working with analytics solutions such as Power BI is preferred
