- Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce compelling visual and written content for marketing collateral, including advertising campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and social media platforms.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing campaigns, social media management, influencer partnerships, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the boutique.
- Manage the boutique's online presence and e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, product listings, and conversion rates to maximize online sales opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, fashion influencers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to secure press coverage, collaborations, and brand endorsements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the luxury fashion market.
- Plan and execute exclusive events, trunk shows, and brand activations to engage clients, enhance brand loyalty, and foster a sense of community among clientele.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications roles within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on couture or high-end fashion brands.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media contacts.
- Creative thinker with a passion for luxury fashion, art, culture, and lifestyle trends.
