We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.In this role, you will:Design, develop, and maintain secure authentication policies using Transmit Security platform.Integrate Transmit Security solutions with various systems and platforms (e.g., web, mobile applications, and third-party services).Collaborate with security architects, product managers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to automate and streamline security processes.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to security best practices and standards.Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize authentication processes for reliability and speed.Provide technical support for production issues and debug complex problems.Deploy, manage, and scale authentication applications using Kubernetes on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) for seamless integration and delivery in a Kubernetes environment.RequirementsNTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience in design, developing and maintaining authentication policies using Transmit Security.
  • Experience in integrating Transmit Security solutions with various systems and platforms (e.g., web, mobile applications, and third-party services).
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Spring boot for customizations and enhancements of IAM systems, including writing secure, maintainable code to support authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Proven experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in Kubernetes environments, particularly Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Experience with API security and integration using JSON, REST, and web services.
  • Java development experience for customizations and enhancements of IAM systems, including writing secure, maintainable code to support authentication and authorization workflows.
  • In-depth understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc.) and encryption technologies.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures.
  • Exposure to DevOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
.• Knowledge of ForgeRock/Ping IAM products is a plus.
  • Certification in cybersecurity (e.g. Any IAM certification, CISSP, CISM or similar)
  • Certification in any Cloud platform.
