Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, implement, and support One Identity Manager (1IM) solutions for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance.Develop and manage workflows, policies, and connectors for various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, LDAP, Azure AD, etc.).Manage the user provisioning/de-provisioning process and role-based access controls (RBAC).Customize One Identity modules and build automation for onboarding and offboarding processes.Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for 1IM-related issues.Integrate 1IM with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and on-premise systems.Monitor and optimize system performance and ensure high availability of the IAM platform.Work with internal security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure access governance policies are enforced.Maintain system documentation and create runbooks, user guides, and technical documentation.Participate in UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
