we are looking for a SDR to join our client, A fast-growing fintech company to fuel its next wave of growth.Experience: 3-5yrs experience in B2B SaaSJob Location: BangaloreWhat you will be doing:Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in specific industries or verticals that align with our solution's value proposition.Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' business needs, pain points, and objectives.Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectivelyshowcase the benefits of our B2B payments solutions.Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute targeted lead generation campaigns.Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and salesstrategies.Articulate the technical and business value of our solutions, addressing customer questions andobjections.Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and forecasting sales activities.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients while adhering to companyguidelines.Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale, fostering apositive customer experience.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to positionour offerings effectively.Qualifications:BBA/MBA3-5 years of successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech company or product startup.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technicalstakeholders.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achievecommon goals.What you'll bring along:BBA/MBA with excellent interpersonal skills.Should be a high achiever with a proven track record.Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsShould be highly organized.
