Location: Hybrid (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Bengaluru).
Responsibilities:
- Be our customers' first point of contact, providing friendly and efficient consultation and support.
- Help our clients be the best at what they do by explaining the platform functionality and tools.
- Investigate and troubleshoot internal and customer-reported issues and provide follow-ups to the clients.
- Use a variety of software and tools to track and manage customer interactions.
- Work with other teams to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Would be interfacing with existing clients via phone, email, chat and web meetings – needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with International clients.
- This is a global role, the candidate needs to be flexible to support the time zone assigned to him/her.
- The candidate will also be expected to gain, document, and share knowledge related to the scenarios faced and coach team members to preempt roadblocks while providing support as well as create supporting collaterals
- The candidate will be expected to constantly enhance their knowledge via internal and external channels and also maintain an up to date awareness
- 1-3 years of experience in customer consultation and support.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in simple, accessible language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer servicing skills - maintaining strong relationships with clients, enabling them to understand our platform and assisting them with insights for business growth
- Analytical bent of mind- Ease of working with Data via MS Excel, Internal Software & Desktop application skills with the ability to learn & adapt to new technologies
- A desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintains composure under pressure
- Fast learner with strong technical understanding
- Experience with a ticketing system, such as Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Intercom, etc
- Nice to have: Experience with Jira, Looker.
