- Support global pre-sales activities across all deals entering the pre-sales stage.
- Own and contribute to responses for RFPs, RFIs, and other formal customer requests.
- Complete customer questionnaires related to product capabilities, compliance, security, IT, and operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Security, IT, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance) for complex or in-depth responses.
- Maintain and continuously improve a centralized pre-sales knowledge base ensuring documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with company policies and product updates.
- Provide first-level responses to security, IT, and due diligence questionnaires using approved standard answers and escalating complex request to relevant teams
- Work closely with the Global Pre-Sales Manager to balance workload and prioritize opportunities.
- Partner with Sales team members to ensure timely, high-quality pre-sales support.
- Identify opportunities to streamline pre-sales processes and improve response efficiency.
- At least 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales operations, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing role for a SaaS or IT company.
- Strong exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-enabled services is required.
- Experience in the insurance industry is required
- Strong experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
- Familiarity with security, IT, compliance, and due diligence processes in a B2B environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple requests across regions and deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of common security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is a plus.
