The role involves close collaboration with Sales Leadership (Directors and Account Management Team Lead) and is a key partner who translates account insights and market intelligence—particularly within the Learning & Development (L&D) industry—into highly targeted, actionable marketing programs.The ABM Specialist owns the tactics and execution of multi-channel, account-focused campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales to support opportunity development and client expansion. They are responsible for delivering personalized, high-impact experiences across channels, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently, on brief, and on strategy to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAPSweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.Salary/Hourly Range: Salary is negotiableEssential functions include:
- Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns specifically targeting the L&D industry.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership (Directors and Account Management Team Lead) to identify, prioritize, and refine target accounts and buyer personas.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms and owned assets to drive engagement within key accounts.
- Design and run synchronized ABM “plays” across channels, ensuring consistent and personalized messaging that aligns with SweetRush's voice and brand.
- Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and consistent follow-through.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Design teams to develop on-brand, high-impact campaigns and assets.
- Write tailored communication assets such as emails, brochures, and landing pages to support account engagement.
- Maintain and manage campaign data within CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Ensure close attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and data integrity.
- Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing.
- Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand generation.
- Strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent campaign management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
