We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate IIT JEE Physics Faculty to join our Online Division in Bengaluru. The role demands a deep understanding of Physics concepts, strong problem-solving ability, and the capability to deliver engaging and result-oriented sessions for IIT JEE aspirants. The faculty will be responsible for preparing students for competitive exams through structured teaching methodologies, innovative digital tools, and personalized mentoring.As an onsite faculty member, you will deliver online classes from our Bengaluru studio/office, ensuring top-quality teaching that aligns with IIT JEE standards. This position is ideal for experienced educators who can combine academic rigor with interactive teaching suited for digital platforms.Key Responsibilities

Teach Physics for JEE Main and JEE Advanced levels through live online sessions.

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, periodic assessments, and test series analysis to track student performance.

Use technology-driven teaching aids (digital boards, simulations, and visual explanations) to make learning interactive and effective.

Ensure syllabus coverage and exam readiness within the prescribed timelines.

Mentor and motivate students, helping them build problem-solving speed and accuracy.

Coordinate with academic planners, content developers, and peer faculty to maintain uniform teaching standards.

Stay updated with the latest JEE trends, exam patterns, and changes in NCERT/competitive curriculum.

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree (M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D.) in Physics from a reputed institution.

Strong academic background with excellent subject knowledge in Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Thermodynamics, Modern Physics, and more.

Prior teaching experience of 3–5 years or more in IIT JEE coaching institutes or online teaching platforms is mandatory.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience in JEE/competitive exam coaching.

Experience with online teaching platforms, digital classrooms, and interactive pedagogy preferred.

Proven track record of mentoring successful IIT JEE rank holders will be an added advantage.
