About Bharat BankThe increasing income diversification, evolution of the tech stack, various government schemes to improve livelihoods, and integrating the country via roads and the internet have provided strong tailwinds to the rural and semi urban (RUSU) or �Bharat� markets.�To better capitalize on the growth runway and �open the world of possibilities� for the Bharat customer, the bank has set up a separate �Bharat Bank� vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches.The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer.The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring
About the Role
Key Responsibilities� List the strategic/ planning aspects of the role (if anyo The DPD analysis and prioritization of OD resolution.o Find out the reason of default at field and submit the report.o The visit to OD locations and meet the borrowers.�� List the functional duties/ responsibilities that are executed and their result (non-numeric)o Attend the Morning Hurdle during Branch Visit.o Minimum Five Branches need to be visited per month.o �All the branches need to be covered in every quarter.o The collection of OD Accounts need to be tracked and the data base need to be maintained.�� List the managerial responsibilities of the job holdero Sharing the data with team with analysis.o The data need to be compiled at a central location.o The field remark need to be verified.o The competitor analysis is there.o Train the staffs with the practical exposure.o Train the trainer.�� List the stakeholder interactions involvedo Field Executiveso Relationship Managerso Audit and Complianceo HRo Collection Teamo Sales Team at Branches, Regions and Zoneso Branches�� List the audit/ compliance related activitieso Collection Audito The OD categorization and Certification.o The Fraud need to be identified along with action plan to mitigate the same in future.o The audit with regard to OD classification need to be followed.�� List the reporting/ MIS responsibilitieso The DPD data analysis.o The Compliance analysis of DPD.o �The OD Classification and Categorization.o �Field visit report analysis.
