Now, we're poised for explosive growth, and we need you to help us tell our story and lead our marketing team to the next level.About the role:We're looking for a high-agency Product Marketing Manager to join Keka's growing product marketing team. We are a team of 2 today and looking to hire 2 more PMMs. This is a highly cross functional role with significant influence across marketing, sales, product and executive teams.A successful candidate in the Keka PMM team is a powerful voice of & for the customer, and a strategic marketer who is comfortable driving initiatives that will impact our business goals. Your projects will be some of the company's most visible initiatives.You will partner with product teams to shape the product roadmap, and work closely with sales and marketing to refine our messaging and positioning. Your efforts are central to our go-to-market strategy and product launches, as we enter new markets with a value proposition that resonates with our audiences.What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Community, Sales, and Design to develop and execute GTM strategies for new products and features
  • Craft messaging that captivates, educates, and converts in the form of positioning, sales collateral, case studies, website copy, landing pages, emails, videos, blog content, case studies - and more
  • Align marketing programs with our ICPs and pipeline to acquire and move new prospects of all sizes through the sales cycle to closed/won - and onto product adoption
  • Proactively thinking of ways to unblock sales, considering enhancements in sales enablement, competitive research & analysis, and clearer website messaging
  • Advocate for our existing and prospective users, be informed about their challenges and ambitions, and become the go-to expert for our audience
What we're looking for:
  • You have minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in PMM or Growth Marketing or Content Marketing role in SaaS
  • You have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • You can manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various work streams on track
  • You excel in fast-paced environments, seamlessly working with dynamic sales teams and effortlessly shifting from high-level strategic planning to the intricate details that ensure perfection
  • You hold yourself and your team to the highest standards of excellence & integrity
Great to Haves:
  • International GTM experience
  • Familiarity with HR/payroll industry-specific software
  • Experience with PLG SaaS products
  • Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore.
