  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Prepare baseline programs, monitor progress, and update schedules regularly.
  • Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and identify potential delays or risks.
  • Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Support cost control and resource planning by integrating schedules with budgets and manpower plans.
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on schedule performance.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.
  • Assist in claims analysis and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
  • Implement best practices in planning and scheduling across multiple projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel(Working knowledge of PowerBI would be an added advantage)
