Key Responsibilities1. Project & Operations ManagementOversee the execution of large-scale water supply, wastewater, and infrastructure projects PAN India.Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.Implement best practices for project planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and risk mitigation.Ensure statutory and contractual compliance across all projects.3. Financial & P&L ManagementManage the organization’s P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.Track financial performance and ensure profitability across projects.Drive efficient utilization of resources and improve operational margins.4. People & Leadership ManagementLead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across departments.Build a high-performance culture by developing talent and fostering leadership at all levels.Align HR strategies with business objectives to ensure seamless workforce planning.5. Stakeholder & Client ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, contractors, and vendors.Represent the organization in strategic meetings, negotiations, and industry forums.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective project delivery.Key RequirementsEducation: B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) preferred; MBA / PGDM in Operations or Project Management is a plus.Experience: Minimum 18–25 years of experience in infrastructure, water supply, wastewater, or EPC project management.Proven Expertise In:Large-scale infrastructure project executionPAN India operations managementP&L ownership and financial planningVendor and stakeholder managementStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Project Delivery: Timely completion within budget and quality standards.Financial Performance: P&L growth, cost optimization, and increased profitability.Operational Efficiency: Streamlined processes, resource utilization, and risk management.Team Leadership: Employee retention, talent development, and high-performing teams.Business Growth: Securing new projects and expanding market share.
