Project & Operations ManagementOversee the execution of large-scale water supply, wastewater, and infrastructure projects PAN India.Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.Implement best practices for project planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and risk mitigation.Ensure statutory and contractual compliance across all projects.3. Financial & P&L ManagementManage the organization’s P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.Track financial performance and ensure profitability across projects.Drive efficient utilization of resources and improve operational margins.4. People & Leadership ManagementLead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across departments.Build a high-performance culture by developing talent and fostering leadership at all levels.Align HR strategies with business objectives to ensure seamless workforce planning.5.
