- Lead research for multiple product / business areas and raise the bar for effective research communication in the org
- Identify, execute, oversee and deliver insights and artefacts with a high level of independence and excellence
- Exhibit deep expertise in research method selection, mixed method applications, analyses approach and dissemination techniques
- Demonstrate good understanding in one or multiple among - design theory, UCD, human digital behaviour patterns, product sense, analytics data
- Contribute to medium/long term development of the research org strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with peers in your product area to help shape and influence the product vision
- You are a solid team player and a mentor to juniors on your team
- 7+ years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar
- Masters (or equivalent) in Management, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science,, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodology including, usability, interviewing, concept testing, diary studies, literature reviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Experience with product research, either in a business, usability, or generative setting
