Develop and maintain good and frequent relationships with customers to improve our products and services.
Check the conformity of the order with the offer or the price agreement.
Negotiate the applicable terms and conditions with the support of Management, BA's and the legal department.
Book orders in SAP and ensure that all vital information is accurate and customer needs relayed internally. Issue and send order acknowledgments to customers.
Manage the creation of Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Reports in MS Excel using sophisticated features (including Pivot-Tables and VLOOKUP), VBA (Macros), and Power BI at the operational level
Ensure the satisfaction of specific customer requests (eg - improvement of the delivery time) by implementing all vital actions.
Acquire from Customers their agreement related to requests for partial delivery authorization, extension / amendment of letter of credit, material inspection date…

What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
5+ Years of Working Experience in relevant fields. Experience in Data Presentation: Proficient in presenting data in graphical formats.
Advanced Excel Certification: Certification in Advanced Excel Training is a plus.
Strong English Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively interact with a high volume of Siemens project personnel in day-to-day responsibilities.
Capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines
