Job Category: Financial ReportingJob Description:Individual accountabilities:Responsible for activities associated with developing and supporting assigned standard reports/dashboards for Global Finance BI & EPM systems to support the reporting strategyMonitors industry trends and implements best practices to improve in-house capabilities.Executes report change management governance policy and associated controls, ensuring SOX compliance and a clean audit.Responsible for migration activities and post-migration support with the Collaboration of GT peers.Support the users with daily issues raised on OAC/ DV/FR/Tableau.6. Responsible for troubleshooting technical activities for Reporting, Analytical, and Data solutions.Critical Knowledge and Experience:Good knowledge and demonstrated deep experience withOracle BI &EPM reporting toolsi.e. Tableau, OAC, OBIEE,DataVisualizer, Java plugsExposure to DataWarehousing, Business Intelligence, Informatica tool, RDBMS,and/or multi-dimensional databaseKnowledge of SOX/SOC to ensure compliance with reporting changemanagement policies and system documentationExperience in processimprovement initiatives withstrong results deliveryExperience working withcross-functional teams in multiple locations, driving system or cultural change, and challenging &communicating with senior leadership in a complex project matrix organisationGood understanding of IHG's globalsystems both Finance & non FinanceAbout Us: At IHG, we've made a promise.
