- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Keen interest in automotive industry and commercial vehicles
- Responsible for warranty decision for the product defects reported to workshop
- Coordinate with DICV AO for required approvals for warranty claims
- Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in workshop
- Dispatch all the failed parts to DICV on request
- Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap
- Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement
- Upkeep of warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits
- Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their respective parts warranty claim
- Update workshop personnel on the latest warranty policy changes
