- 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on expertise in direct sourcing and Team management.
- Lead and mentor a team ,ensuring proactive sourcing and timely delivery of quality profiles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools – LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche, high-demand, and hard-to-fill roles through referral networks and passive sourcing.
- Collaborate closely with TA Partners to forecast needs and align sourcing strategies.
- Monitor team productivity and maintain sourcing trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure process compliance, data quality, and high visibility of the referral program across business units.
- Familiarity with hiring for niche technology stacks or high-volume roles.
- Understanding of sourcing metrics and recruitment analytics.
