Job Overview:As the PPC Team Lead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all Pay-Per-Click campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will manage a team of PPC specialists, ensuring performance targets are met and best practices are followed.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:- Develop and manage ROI-focused PPC strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)- Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, bidding, and tracking implementation- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to improve performanceTeam Leadership:- Manage, mentor, and train a team of PPC specialists- Review team members' work and provide feedback for performance improvement- Foster a collaborative environment with strong knowledge-sharing practicesPerformance Monitoring & Reporting:- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs regularly- Generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and clients- Proactively suggest optimizations to maximize ROI and improve quality scoresClient Communication:- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients on paid campaigns- Present strategy, performance updates, and insights in a clear and compelling wayCross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure campaign alignment- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and platform updates to bring innovative ideas to the tableRequirements:- 3-5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role- Proven track record of managing multi-platform ad campaigns with measurable results- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush, or similar- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus (ref:updazz.com)
