Responsibilities & Key Deliverables-Deep understanding on Engine Management system components Sensor and actuators-Basic gasoline engine functions-Understanding of engine combustion parameters and optimization.-Engine steady state performance calibration (Air path, Fuel path, ignition, Torque, Exhaust temperature, Lambda sensor)-BSFC optimisation-Understanding of Engine dynometer-Understanding Emission optimisation /Emission analyser-Fuel economy optimisation on vehicle.-Understanding on Emission legislation Indian/global- Vehicle Calibration Start/Transient/Idle calibration/Drivability-Knowledge on Vehicle features like ADAS,CRUISE,ESS-knowledge on Diagnostics, Trouble shooting, OBD I and II-Altitude expedition-Hands on experience with INCA,MDA ,ETAS Tools ,dataset management-Data analysis, Strong Excel/Presentation skill/matlab/ProgrammingExperience3-6 years - BE/B Tech (Mechanical / Automobile engineering) OR • 1-2 years - ME/M Tech (Mechanical / Automobile engineering)Industry PreferredAutomobileQualifications
