About Young Founders School: Young Founders School is an Entrepreneurship Education and Work Experience focused non-profit organisation based in Hong Kong. It empowers students aged between 11-18 with essential 21st-century skills and experience to make powerful decisions for themselves in their futures. Our mission is to provide global exposure and equip young minds with the knowledge and tools necessary for success in the modern world. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Enquiries: Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from parents and potential partners. Develop effective messaging and initiate outreach to parents for scheduling meetings. Promotional Outreach: Conduct promotional outreach efforts to secure meetings with potential clients, including students, parents, educational institutes, and prospective educational management services like counsellors. Strategise and execute campaigns to enhance Young Founders School (YFS) visibility. Execute campaigns, including the BSD (Business, Services, and Development) campaign. Leverage social media channels for organic demand generation. Collaborate with schools to understand their needs and align offerings effectively. Facilitate payment processes and ensure smooth transactions. Acquiring Host Organizations and Mentors: Identify and reach out to industry professionals, educating them about our offerings and encouraging their participation as host companies, positively impacting their CSR initiatives. Address queries and concerns. Acquire mentors for the role. Remunerations : 4 - 7 INR LPA (subjected to experience) Post-Sale Activities: Oversee post-sale activities, including the initiation of the internship program. Assisted in shortlisting candidates and coordinated the kickoff with partner organisations. Conduct weekly check-ins with host organisations to address interim customer queries. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a good to have. Proven experience in business development and partnership building. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for education and the mission of Young Founders School. Key Competencies: Results-oriented and target-driven mindset. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of current trends in B2C and B2B marketing. Demonstrated ability to use and act on own initiative.
