CLIENT Group is a debt free, financially sound, sustainable, and futuristic business conglomerate with a presence in real estate, liquid warehousing, agriculture marketing, energy storage, green technology, and horticulture. Frangipani Estates is a gated estate community of 33 estates across 35 acres. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive, well-versed in the realm of luxury communities, to expertly represent and promote Frangipani Estates, where estate valuations begin at a premium of 10 crore and beyond. Job Responsibilities Create awareness of and develop the brand you're selling Knowledge of plotted developments and luxury residential sales (plot sizes of between half an acre up to 1 acre) Deep knowledge of the Sarjapur/Attibele/Hosur micro markets Maintain and nurture relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance Engage with customers to initiate and continue the conversation Understand and embody the language of luxury real estate sales Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships Attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions Maintain and update customer databases Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, like channel partners Monitor and report on competitor activity Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Well versed with the CRM softwares and tools and able to update CRM databases Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Analyse sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective Job Qualifications Masters/Bachelors (BSc/BA) Degree in Marketing/ Marketing Management/ Sales/ Communications/ CSP (certified sales professional) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales in the luxury segment Has hospitality background in FMCG/hotel background Experience selling luxury cars, bags etc Ability to travel to the site (Sarjapur/Hosur area) and other client meetings as required Understand real estate market and trends Must be well-organised and detail-oriented Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations Fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada is a plus Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask Well Presentable Good negotiation and collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications as well as CRM softwares Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts Self-starter who exhibits ownership of assigned tasks and who will push for solutions that solve
