Now, we’re charging ahead, focused on sustainable growth and scaling impact.And this is just the beginning!What's the role?We’re looking for a Marketing Intern - Malayalam to help build and grow our presence on Instagram and YouTube. The role involves researching and writing scripts for long-form video content, creating moment marketing posts aligned with brand communication, and actively contributing to day-to-day marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam, have a strong understanding of social media trends, and be comfortable participating in shoots and supporting on-ground marketing activities as needed. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn, create, and make a real impact.What will be your responsibilities?

Collaborate with the Team to brainstorm, plan, and execute engaging content for Jar's social media platforms.
Manage and maintain Jar's presence on various social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram and YouTube.
Create and curate visually appealing and informative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Utilize your creativity to craft engaging and compelling social media campaigns that align with Jar's brand and goals.
Assist in video shooting, editing, and post-production to create engaging video content.
Contribute to the scripting and storyboarding process for video projects, offering creative ideas and insights.
Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and analytics to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain brand consistency and messaging across all social media content.

What’s required from you?

Proficient in Malayalam.
A passion for user research, social media, and content creation.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Basic video shooting skills.
Creativity and an eye for detail to produce compelling visual content.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
