Implementation of medium to complex integration knowledge on WD Studio, Workday CCTPP, Cloud Connect and Payroll Integrations.. Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Integration in at least 3 implementations.. Expertise in handling hybrid implementations with Workday Studio. Thorough knowledge and understanding of module dependencies within Workday. Configuration of standard integrations associated with HCM core connectors, EIB's and webservices for employee master data and organizational objects from and to Workday. Implementation of custom integrations using Workday studio with and without combination of standard integrations. Implementation of customer-specific hybrid integration scenarios innovatively and creatively, including for payroll integrations with SAP, ADP, SD WORX, NGA or DATEV. Workday Integration certification is added advantage.. Support in pre-sales activities and offer preparation. Required Technical and Professional Expertise . Identify Business Requirements for inbound and outbound Workday Integrations, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project.. Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, analyze and translate business requirements to Workday system. Assist clients in integrating the Workday system into their current business environments.. Advise clients on industry standards for data security authentication methods and functional overview of impacted process areas providing suggestions, drive decision and recommend best practices in all phases of the project.. Hands on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-off.. Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading the engagement..
