Arranging ϐlight/train, Visa, Vehicle hotel bookings as requested by traveller. Receipt of invoice from vendor and checking with booking. Send the invoice to the Accounts team for entry.HR SUPPPORT SERVICESNew Joiners Support Registering biometric. Ensuring infrastructure to be provided. Stationery Arrangement. Welcome kit.Guest & Front Desk Management: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Ensure professional reception operations and seamless guest experience. Manage front office communications, calls, and general inquiries.
