You show discernment, attention to details, and want to evolve quickly. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining Documentation using Paligo other related tools. You will work closely with the development, quality assurance and Professional Services teams to identify requirements, develop documents, review and implement it in production. Your main responsibilities: Bachelor's degree /BE/B-Tech or equivalent in a technical field Preparation of standard documentation together with product management, development, and delivery teams, working closely with software architects, engineers and testers Revision/Update of documentation, with attention to accuracy, clarity, and consistency Support software development workflow redefinition by involving yourself in the Scrum process and enforcing standardization measures. Conduction of internal user acceptance tests and provision of ad hoc feedback to development teams Participation in the evaluation and rollout of supplementary documentation tools to help us progress Your qualifications: Bachelor's degree /BE/B-Tech or equivalent in a technical field. 3-5 years in writing technical documents. Strong exposure to writing software documentation for end user, configuration, or programming guides. Or at least working for 2 years with text formatting tools for whatever purpose. Good working knowledge of agile development processes Familiarity with content management and localization (translation) tools Team spirit, strong analytical skills, attention to detail Knowledge of Documentation tools like Paligo, Snagit is Plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent level of proficiency in written English.
