- Achieve established goals as set by the Operations Manager.
- Support the team and the Event Organizers that use the Platinumlist ticketing solution.
- Will be assigned multiple events and you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the ticketing system setup from start to finish.
- Discussing clients’ needs with the team, uploading the event online, and helping the team and the client use the ticketing system. (Full training for the system will be provided).
- Good management skills and always being within reach of the team and client virtually which might include sometimes the weekends.
- Handle all the requirements related to event setup that is requested by the team and the clients.
- Create a great customer experience for people buying the tickets by setting up a clean and good-looking event page.
- Create and periodically check the events built to ensure that they have no errors or mistakes and keep them updated with the latest information.
- Solve problems on the go in a small amount of time.
- Deal with different customers and clients requests and complaints and solve them easily.
- Create a Ticket Sales Plan and provide weekly updates on progress against the plan to Operation Manager.
- Coordinate with teammates, including marketing and support, to expand attendance at all events.
- Research, prospect and establish leads for relationships through industry networking.
- Ensure effective and efficient coverage of all inquiries, including telephone, online and direct sales.
- Support the organization’s efforts to create a fan experience that aligns with the CEO's vision for Platinumlist.
- 1+ years of experience in ticketing, e-commerce, travel or related industries.
- Ability to work in a high stress environment.
- Ability to learn software functionality quickly.
- Problem-Solving: Resolves customer or software-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and requests within set deadlines.
- Minimum B2 level in English (C1 and C2 are a surplus).
