- Planning and execution of the monthly and quarterly website updates, e.g. fund performance, ensuring completion prior to any data expiration.
- Conducting data availability checks across the US websites on a regular basis, escalating any issues, and working in concert with data publishers and website developers to provide expedient remediation.
- Conducting functional and QA testing of page templates, blocks and components on both CMS and frontend – including building relevant test cases within our UAT CMS environments. Providing feedback and assist in resolution tracking based upon findings.
- Assisting in the overall QA testing activities and resolution tracking of findings including building relevant test cases on our user-acceptance-test (UAT) environments.
- Participating in the evaluation of the client user website experience, identifying opportunities for improvements based upon key metrics and industry knowledge, and work with platform owners, website developers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute future improvements.
- Monitoring shared website requests inbox and supporting global eLibrary user management.
- Helping to monitor and steer consistent up-to-date general process documentation and ongoing project-related records in regular alignment with the global website team.
- Creating initial product entries in our Product Management System prior to upcoming fund and product launches ensuring the availability of product base data prior to launch date.
- Aggregating unstructured data and editing data in a consumable way (reports, dashboards etc.)
- Analyzing and streamlining Marketing processes and corresponding data flows
- Supporting yearly website quality attestation processes
- Professional experience in Digital Marketing and or Website operation and development, ideally in the financial sector and strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Confident in dealing with large amounts of data and knowledge of exploratory data analysis methods
- Understanding of databases and integrations between tools across different interfaces is required
- Previous knowledge of using Optimizely (ex Episerver) is a plus
- First Project Management skills, as a basis for structured ways of working is a plus
- Absolute team player with a high level of self-motivation, a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic as well as the ability to work successfully in an agile and rapidly changing global environment with flat structures and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), German is a plus
