The Role: As our Growth & Performance Marketing Digital Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable customer acquisition and brand awareness through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will strategise and execute campaigns across multiple channels - Facebook, Google , Youtube etc and ultimately contribute to our ambitious growth goals within the burgeoning online luxury jewelry market . Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify high-performing channels and tactics. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign effectiveness, optimizing for acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and brand awareness metrics. Manage budgets, negotiate media partnerships, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Foster a data-driven culture, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement. Create a collaborative environment where creativity and analytical skills thrive. Drive acquisition and engagement across touchpoints. Implement targeted campaigns leveraging paid search, social media advertising, influencer collaborations, and content marketing initiatives. A/B test different strategies and creatives to optimize campaign performance and user experience. Analyze customer data to personalize acquisition funnels and optimize conversion rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and key influencers: Negotiate favorable rates and deals with media platforms and networks. Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement. Develop strategic partnerships to drive targeted customer acquisition and brand awareness. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies: Actively research and implement new marketing tools and techniques to ensure competitive advantage. Regularly analyze industry reports and attend conferences to stay abreast of the latest digital marketing practices in the luxury fashion sector. Share your knowledge and insights with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within the luxury fashion or e-commerce sector. Proven track record of success in driving profitable customer acquisition and brand awareness through digital channels. Strong understanding of paid search, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and other performance marketing channels. Excellent analytical and data visualization skills. Passion for designer jewelry and the luxury fashion industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
